Children today know more about sex at an earlier age than expected. It is hard to talk and to make children understand the values of sex and child birth. The optimum age as suggested by doctors are at the age of 14-16 but I would rather say at the age of 12-14 or may be sonner. Sex is good when you know you can handle it else it is like a blade in the Hand.
